• Hub Suppression on god_nodes: Added exclude_hubs_percentile (number, 0-100) parameter to the god_nodes tool definition schema, allowing agents to filter out hyper-connected hub nodes and surface architectural structure.
• Expanded /graphify Command Flags: Supported --code-only (local AST indexing without LLM credits/keys) and --no-viz (suppressing HTML graph visual generation for large graphs/CI) flags in the /graphify slash command alongside --force and --no-cluster.
• System Prompt & Resource Discovery: Updated agent prompt guidance to document all 6 standard Graphify MCP resource URIs (graphify://report, graphify://stats, graphify://god-nodes, graphify://surprises, graphify://audit, graphify://questions).

Tests & Verification

• Full automated test suite passing across Node.js 22.x and 24.x on macOS and Ubuntu runners in GitHub Actions CI.
• End-to-end release contract testing verified against live graphifyy[mcp] v0.9.57.
• Live Cordis microkernel integration tested against repository knowledge graph.
