• Reworked the measurement list: entries are now grouped by month and can be
  filtered by year and month
• Weight can now be typed on the keyboard: tap the value above the ruler in
  the add weight and target weight dialogs

• Fixed export writing microseconds in the timestamp of the latest measurement
• Fixed reminders firing at the wrong hour: the device time zone was matched
