Changes

  • standardize repetition controls as PRECOMPILE_BENCHMARK_BUILDS and PRECOMPILE_BENCHMARK_SAMPLES
  • remove the environment-prefix input
  • remove scenario and extra-scenario inputs; package harnesses now own an ordered PRECOMPILE_BENCHMARKS registry

This is a breaking action interface release. Existing v1 users are unchanged.
