cancel_all_orders() now correctly fans out cancel requests on Bitget, HyperLiquid, and OKX even after cancel intent has already been marked in cache.
OKX now implements REST batch cancel for cancel_all_orders(), with per-order CANCELING / CANCEL_FAILED handling.
Binance, Bybit, and OKX amend flows now preserve valid live order status instead of emitting invalid transitions like ACCEPTED -> PENDING.
Bybit and OKX amend success handlers now preserve cached fill state and order metadata; Binance also preserves effective amount on price-only amend requests.
