CW 0.3.1 is a focused updater compatibility patch.

  • trusts GitHub official release-assets.githubusercontent.com redirects
  • preserves the closed allowlist for all other origins
  • preserves mandatory SHA-256 artifact verification
  • changes no workflow, gate, planner, reviewer, or batch semantics

Validated with 328 tests on Python 3.10 through 3.14 plus the offline project-isolation demo. Includes wheel, source distribution, Linux x86_64 managed-install artifact, and release manifest.
