Minor bump: vgi.v2 now hosts the full reference surface (hash
774cb800..., matching vgi-python 0.43.0) -- the three DML function getters
registered as UNIMPLEMENTED stubs, init's declared GlobalInitResponse
header (and its reference field order), table_buffering_destructor's
{result: binary} envelope, and nullable statistics results -- and the
integration lanes pass no_error_skip.json so HTTP failures are no longer
reported as skips. Workspace version and the internal vgi-protocol /
vgi-client pins move in lockstep. Cargo.lock is not tracked.
