Goal

Make every animation smooth and pleasant through a single motion system, and render at the display's native refresh rate (90/120/144 Hz) on Linux, Windows, and macOS instead of being capped at 60.

• Verified on 60 Hz and 120 Hz monitors (Windows/Linux/macOS where available)
• Docs updated (motion-and-high-refresh.md with measured Hz table)
