Added

• Network event system (UC_NETWORK_EVENT_BASE): the library now dispatches UC_EVENT_NETWORK_UP and UC_EVENT_NETWORK_DOWN events on the default ESP event loop, carrying full IP and DNS information. Applications register handlers via uc.controller.registerNetworkEventHandler() and no longer need to poll for connectivity.
• Per-driver connection timeout: CellularDriver::config() and WifiDriver::configStation() accept an optional connectionTimeout parameter (milliseconds, default 10 000). The timeout propagates through the entire connection path - AT command wait for cellular network registration and xEventGroupWaitBits for Wi-Fi association.

• All three examples (mqtt, udp-socket, bluecherry) rewritten to use the event-driven pattern with FreeRTOS task notifications (NET_UP_BIT / NET_DOWN_BIT) instead of blind vTaskDelay polling.
• Wi-Fi driver overhauled to handle concurrent STA + AP mode correctly; STA disconnect no longer tears down an active AP.
• Bluecherry default OTA partition size increased.

Fixed

• DNS logging bug: main and backup DNS entries were overwriting each other before being logged.
• Cellular and Wi-Fi internal connect waits now respect the configured timeout instead of ignoring it.
