@R-Eatch R-Eatch released this 12 Sep 09:57

Since version 1.0.7, Howling Werewolf has received a major update: three new skins have been added, bringing the total to four switchable in-game skins including the original Adrian coat, along with support for importing custom skins.

  • Four built-in skins are now available across Werewolf, Quadruped Wolf, and Beast forms: Adrian, Ashen, Onyx, and Ivory.
  • Added an interactive skin preview with form selection, rotation, zoom, mouse tracking, and an equipment visibility toggle.
  • Added a Skins menu, paged skin browsing, and a Resource Packs shortcut.
  • Added custom skin support through resource packs, including in-game template export, Blockbench painting templates, and English and Chinese creation guides.
  • Added multiplayer skin synchronization. Custom skins require the same resource pack on each client; if a skin is missing, Adrian is shown as a temporary fallback without overwriting the saved selection.
  • Adjusted the Skill Tree layout by moving Level Reset below the skill list.

Version 1.1.2 has passed in-game testing.

For multiplayer, both the server and clients should be updated to 1.1.2, as the new skin synchronization protocol is not compatible with earlier versions.
