Foreman v0.8.3

Automated build of Foreman — desktop controller for Claude Code agents (macOS, Apple Silicon).

Signed with a Developer ID certificate, but not yet notarized (Apple's notary service is currently stuck on this account — see project status). macOS 13+ will show "Foreman cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified". Fix in Terminal:

xattr -cr /Applications/Foreman.app

Then open the app normally. You only need to do this once per install. In-app silent auto-update is temporarily unavailable until notarization is restored.
