This update fixes message duplication issues and improves new chat behavior.

🐛 Fixes:

• 🔁 Message Duplication Fix: Fixed an issue where messages would duplicate when creating new sessions with certain agents (e.g., opencode). Messages from previous sessions are now properly filtered out.
• ⏹️ Cancel on New Chat: Starting a new chat now automatically cancels any ongoing message generation, preventing overlapping operations.

Simply update from v0.5.0 — no configuration needed.
