Further fixed TTC regioning... Was not checking if you could reach a lower region before checking if you could reach an upper region, leading to the tracker thinking you could reach the top of TTC without being able to reach the middle, or being able to reach the middle without being able to reach the lower.

If you have any form of area randomization turned on, it should take that into account for the logic. If it is off, the setting and logic will be marked as such.
