Create a new Esperanto voice

I want to contribute with my oun voice for the esperanto language. How I have to do?

hello. Thanks for suggestions. Unfortunately, @Olga-Yakovleva is currently in process of changing the voice-data structure therefore, at this time, we cannot add new voices or languages.

Interesting. How shall be the new voice data structure anyway? I want to learn more about it since I don't know where it will improve how the voices sound.

My current work is not related to the speech quality. My goal is to create an easy for me to document and for people to learn and use set of tools for building new languages and voices for RHVoice. Working on a new language will still require people to know what its phonemes and pronunciation rules are, but there will be a standard, documented and hopefully easy to learn way to convert that knowledge into a format RHVoice will understand. And building a new voice for existing language will be much simpler than it is now, including automatic installation of almost all of the required software, one command to start the process and a very short configuration file: the system will only require the information it cannot figure out on its own.

I tried getting in touch with you via email about the Macedonian language, but not sure whether you received it. I was wondering how far are you with the documentation for adding a new language. I am interested in working on adding the Macedonian language, but at the moment I am not quite sure where to start.

Maybe http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~ecooper/tts/ will be useful to understand how voices work in RHVoice and other HTS based software.

I'd like to contribute a German voice (I am a trained narrator). Is there any progress on this front? I am also willing to read up on "the hard way", so if there are any pointers as to where I can start, that'd be very much appreciated.
With picoTTS gone on Google-free Android ROMs, RHVoice seems to be the only FOSS alternative right now.
This would give you a little more time to restructure the voice data (and probably attract more developers with more languages available).
