ArtemisCloud Operator zap option flags ignored

The zap option flags defined by the command args and the environment variable ARGS for ArtemisCloud Operator are ignored, for further details see https://github.com/artemiscloud/activemq-artemis-operator/issues/643.
This issue was caused by #99. Since operator-utils v1.4.11 the compare module calls the function SetLogger setting its logger, see [RHPAM-4438] Sensitive Information In ENV And Pod Logs. This change prevents operators to set their loggers.
