[Issue]: Missing 120Hz option at 4K resolution (Works on Win11, not PikaOS) #230

Problem Description

Bug Report: 120Hz Refresh Rate Missing at 4K Resolution

System Specifications:
• OS: PikaOS 4
• Kernel: 7.2.2-pikaos (64-bit)
• Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma 6.7.4 (Wayland)
• CPU/iGPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X (Radeon Graphics)
• Motherboard: ASRock X670E Steel Legend

The Issue:
My monitor completely supports 4K (3840x2160) at 120Hz, and it works flawlessly at 120Hz on Windows 11. However, in PikaOS under KDE Plasma (Wayland), the maximum available refresh rate at 4K is strictly capped/hidden at 60Hz.

Diagnostic Details (kscreen-doctor -o output):
The system detects the connection via HDMI-A-1. The EDID modes parsed by the driver show 120Hz is only exposed at lower resolutions (1080p and 720p), while 4K is hard-limited to 60Hz:
