Adding WoosleyHeger build and run to run_genasis.sh which is suggested by GenASiS author.
This commit supports following usecases,
To build and run WoosleyHeger along with existing other builds and runs use
./run_genasis_flang_new.sh woosley_heger
To build WoosleyHeger but not run along with existing other buildonlys use
./run_genasis_flang_new.sh buildonly woosley_heger
To run WoosleyHeger but not build(from scratch) along with existing other runonlys use
./run_genasis_flang_new.sh runonly woosley_heger
