Add API to identify sources in a graph topology

  • CountSources(struct topology *topology, lp_id_t me): allows to count the number of inbound edges
  • GetAllSources(struct topology *topology, lp_id_t to, lp_id_t *sources): populates an array with the IDs of the source LPs.
