Description
This PR fixes the root cause of
setting syncauth errors by validating session state before sync starts in both desktop and mobile initialization. It hardens sync queue ownership by binding persisted and in-memory queue data to the current user and clearing stale queue entries on user switch, logout, or 401. It also preserves real error visibility by reporting non-auth sync failures through tracker exception capture while treating 401 as an auth-state transition.PR Type
