• Network tracking reports — AlphaCaps broadcasts what the timeline is currently displaying as plain-text UDP ("Tracking: SHOW.vtt" / "Tracking: Caption Hub" / the loop's actual text / "Tracking: None") so external display devices can show a live "now tracking" readout. Zero-config by default: reports broadcast on every attached subnet (multi-homed show Macs included) on port 9596 — any device that binds the port hears them. Optional unicast target for networks that filter broadcast. Enable in the timeline panel's antenna popover; protocol spec in docs/TrackingReportProtocol.md.
• Cell switches report instantly; text edits settle (~0.5s) into a single message; destination changes re-send current state automatically.

Fix

• Decklink SDI routing now matches the 8K Pro's real BNC order. The card emits the top-left quadrant on BNC 4 and bottom-right on BNC 1 (not the ST 425-5 textbook order), so picking "SDI 1" used to light up physical output 4 and vice versa. The routing dropdowns now address the physical connectors correctly — check your cabling after updating, since cut/fill will exit the BNCs their labels actually say.

• Timeline trigger commands simplified — send just the cell number from Companion: 01, 02, … (the number shown on each cell IS the command). NEXT, PREV, CLEAR and the OSC forms unchanged; the older CELL 1 form still works.

• Fix: the "Add Timeline" button no longer overlaps the snap-alignment buttons.

• Show-run-order Timeline — build your show as a strip of cells under the canvas (Millumin-style). Right-click a cell to assign any caption layer (CaptionHub, VTT, Custom Loop) or make it a Blank; click a cell (or hit it from Companion) to put exactly that element on screen. With a timeline active, the timeline owns the screen — automatic source switching is bypassed. Remove the timeline and the app behaves exactly as before.
• Bitfocus Companion triggers — opt-in UDP listener (antenna button in the timeline panel). Send CELL 1, NEXT, PREV, CLEAR from Companion's Generic UDP module (or /cell 1, /next, /prev, /clear via Generic OSC) to drive the run order from a Stream Deck.
• Cell zoom — +/- buttons scale timeline cells 0.75×–2×.

• Custom Loop layer — type any text and flash it on a schedule (e.g. "WELCOME TO THE SHOW" for 2s every 20s). Full font/size/color/position controls like every text layer. Armed from a new toolbar LOOP button with a live countdown; CaptionHub is suppressed while the loop runs, and live timecode automatically stops the loop and hands over to VTT.
• Decklink SDI routing — dropdowns on the preview's CUT and FILL canvases choose which SDI BNC (1–4) carries each channel in Quad Link mode. Re-routable live, no drift possible.
• In-app updates — from this version forward, AlphaCaps downloads, verifies, installs, and restarts itself when you approve an update. Your show is saved before the restart, and the app never restarts itself while you're on air.

Notes

• Updating FROM 1.0.050 or older: use the browser download one last time — the in-app installer starts with this version.
