• Fixed crash on startup (AV 0xC0000005): replaced std::ifstream/std::ofstream with C FILE*

• Windows Service (JustGivenUpSvc.exe): runs as SYSTEM, auto-restarts guardian if killed
• Auto-restart: RegisterApplicationRestart so Windows restarts process on kill
• 3-refusal escalation: after 3 consecutive warning-dialog refusals, all browsers are killed
• NSIS installer: proper setup wizard with MIT license, shortcut options (desktop + start menu)
