App Center 1.0.13
The command line names its narrower batch --user, answers a mistyped line with the options, and leaves the prompt where a console program would.
--userreplaces--without-admin. The same batch: it updates only the apps installed for this user, leaving out the ones installed for every user of the PC, which Windows asks administrator permission for. The button in the confirmation is now Update this user's apps (n), and the script beside the exe isupdate_all_user.bat. Scheduled tasks that runupdate_all_no_admin.bator pass--without-adminneed the new names.- A mistyped line gets the help. An option App Center does not know, or
--useror--exitwithout--update-all, prints what was wrong above the options and exits with 2, instead of opening the window as if nothing had been asked. --helpends at a prompt. A shell does not wait for a Windows app, so its prompt was already back before the help appeared, and the cursor was left under the text with no prompt in front of it. App Center now presses Enter in that console on the shell's behalf, and a fresh prompt follows the help as after any other command. Nothing is pressed when the output goes to a file or a pipe.
