• The latest released rote-toolkit tag currently visible in the repository is v0.3.4
• The explore-note support was added after v0.3.4
• Users should upgrade to the next rote-toolkit release that includes explore, exploreNotes, and rote_explore_notes

If a user is still on rote-toolkit v0.3.4, the explore-related commands documented by this skill will not be available yet.
