Release process

From now on all releases are being triggered and executed via GitHub actions. With a release branch pattern, sbom generation and sbom and main.js/manifest.json/styles.css attestation

Dependencies

• bump @types/node to 24.10.0
• bump esbuild to 0.27.0
• bump biome to 2.3.4 & migrate code
• Replace builtin-modules with node native builtinModules
