ImageSort 1.7

December 16th, 2024
To continue the tradition, another update with various things before christmas. Not the biggest features here, but you also wouldn't want to miss them anymore :)

This update introduces rotating images, instantly moving images to the system trash, better touch-pad scrolling and some love for the percentage bar, that now gives you even more useful information on the image you're currently looking at. Enjoy!

Gallery

  • You can now (EXIF-metadata) rotate JPG files! Yess! Press R for it (or use the context menu)
  • System trash is now supported! Ctrl+Delete will instantly move files there.
  • We now show the current folder name in the window title
  • Better scrolling on trackpads :)
  • An action indicator flashes in the top-right corner on commands that otherwise don't give any visual feedback (copy file etc.)
  • F5 now reloads the image list

Percentage bar

  • More EXIF stats: +0.3EV, used software if any, camera mode (auto, aperture focus, etc.)

  • When hovering the percentage bar, it now also shows how many images were deleted

  • The zoom indicator is also shown when hovering the percentage bar

  • In the percentage bar, there now is a (+1) etc written for the number of other files that will be moved along (our indirect RAW support feature)

  • Various bugfixes
