RadBuild 0.2.1 frozen Linux x86_64 release.

This release includes frozen RadBuild command binaries, Debian packages built from the frozen release directory, updated RADix OS packagegroup/menuconfig support, and refreshed documentation for FPGA, OS build, packaging, and examples.

Runtime Debian packages do not ship loose Python source for radbuild or radbuild-server; they install frozen executables under /usr/lib/radbuild/bin with /usr/bin wrappers.
