Fix for the Redux/vanilla Super Metroid load hang from issue #1.

Your debug log from the last build showed exactly what was going wrong: both ROMs were loading through a saf://content:... path (Android's Storage Access Framework, which your device apparently routes ROM loads through), and bsnes-hd's loader was reading that path with plain file I/O, which can't understand that URI and was silently returning 0 bytes instead of the actual ROM data. That's why it hung - the core "succeeded" at loading nothing.

This build adds proper VFS support to bsnes-hd so it reads SAF paths the right way, through RetroArch's own file interface instead of trying to open the URI directly. Confirmed fixed on a real device reproducing the same saf:// path from your log - loads clean now instead of hanging.

One thing to double check on your end: make sure you're loading the ROM through the "bsnes-hd (MetroidArch)" core specifically, not a different bsnes-hd core if you have more than one installed (e.g. one pulled in through RetroArch's own Online Updater) - only the MetroidArch one has this fix.

If you're able to test: just try loading Super Metroid Redux (or vanilla) like before. It should load normally now instead of hanging. No need for the adb logcat steps this time unless it still doesn't work - if it does still hang, a fresh log would help narrow down whatever's left.
