WearCapture v0.1.0

Initial public release of WearCapture: cross-platform Wear OS long screenshot capture over local ADB.

Robust capture engine using adb exec-out screencap -p and swipe-driven scrolling
Overlap-aware stitching in memory (no intermediate image files)
Scroll stop detection with similarity + low-motion safeguards + max swipe cap
