Fix issue where audio imports would temporarily fail after updating the program
Reduce CPU usage while playing audio
Format audio player duration as minutes:seconds
Reorganize file menu
Revert change to File > Open behavior with patch files
Instead add new menu option View Patch Content that opens only the patch file content (DOES NOT open any original data; intended for opening patch files that contain data that no longer exists in the game files)
