Breaking change: Python 3.11 is now required
Python 3.10 reaches end of life in October 2026, and the security fixes in Pillow 13 (used by the ocr extra) need 3.11. If you're on 3.10, pip and uv will keep installing railtracks 1.6.x, so nothing breaks, but you'll need Python 3.11 or newer for 1.7.0 and later.
