At the moment, it isn't possible to use filters to explicitly keep email in INBOX after delivery.

In a case when, for example, using Dovecot and sieve_after for spam filtering, it can come in handy for users to be able to use sieve to keep email in INBOX that would otherwise be filed into Junk folder with filter rules executed via sieve_after.

I've added an option, available from application.ini, called sieve_allow_fileinto_inbox that can be set to On to allow filter actions to fileinto INBOX. Default value is Off, thus it doesn't change the current default behavior.
