olt setup MCP integration wizard — step 3 of setup now auto-detects and registers olt-mcp with 7 AI coding tools:

Cross-platform paths — config directories resolve correctly on macOS, Linux, and Windows via compile-time when ODIN_OS blocks.

Ask-user fallback — when a tool is detected but its config directory isn't at the expected location, the wizard shows the expected path and prompts for an alternative.

Bug fix — olt setup no longer reports the binary as missing when invoked from PATH (it resolved to <cwd>/./olt instead of the actual binary location).

Verified against Odin dev-2026-05
