v0.3.0: Smart Cleanup & Deep Detection

This release moves Mend beyond simple error fixing and into proactive system maintenance.

Key Highlights:

• Orphan Cleanup: Mend now identifies unused dependencies after you uninstall packages and offers to sweep them away.
• Mirrorlist Health: If your internet or mirrors fail during a sync, Mend can now trigger reflector to find the fastest mirrors automatically.
• Smarter Scanning: New recursive logic allows Mend to find errors even if they are buried under dozens of lines of terminal "noise."
• Ghost-Window Fix: Fixed the annoying issue where an empty FZF window would appear after a successful command.

New Optional Dependency:

• reflector: Required if you want to use the automated mirrorlist refresh feature.

Ownership & License:

• Added a formal metadata header to the source to establish project ownership and MIT licensing.
