• The npm README now gives one ordered path from CLI install through bootstrap,
  agent-specific keys, service readiness, and verified MCP setup for Codex,
  Claude Code, OpenClaw, Hermes, and generic stdio clients.
• The host guide separates direct Streamable HTTP from the bundled titen mcp
  bridge, keeps credentials in host environments, and includes a nine-tool
  connection check.

Fixed

• Dashboard integration and browser gates no longer share hard-coded port
  ranges with unrelated development servers.
