Apollo · Native AMD AMF PR #1539 Tester (2026-07-22)

AMD-only tester build for Apollo PR ClassicOldSong#1539, including the 2026-07-22 review-hardening port and the PIN-stdin pairing fix.

What changed since the 2026-07-18 tester

• PreAnalysis inputs are shader-readable, fixing QVBR/HQVBR/HQCBR stalls on current Radeon drivers.
• AMF_NEED_MORE_INPUT from SubmitInput is treated as consumed input (FFmpeg-parity); no more same-surface resubmits during PA priming and no slot recycling while the VCN may still read a surface.
• Latency: encoded-frame extraction and input-pool texture allocation moved off the encoder state lock; the output pump's fixed 1 ms sleeps are now interruptible waits.
• PIN-stdin pairing (-0) now completes: the certificate response was previously clobbered by a moved-from uniqueid lookup.
