Submitted to App Store 15 Oct. 2026. Originally a TestFlight release.

Changes since 7.1.4:

  • Added unread count display setting — show the count, show a dot, or hide it — which applies to the app icon badge, feeds list, and widgets
  • Sped up Today and unread count queries
  • Fixed bug where the timeline selection was cleared when using the left arrow or shift-tab to go back to the feeds list (when multiple columns are showing)
  • Changed the selection color in the feeds list to blue when it has keyboard focus and multiple columns are showing
  • Fixed timeline text sometimes showing white on the gray selection background
  • Stopped the scroll animation when restoring the selection in the feeds list and timeline
  • Changed sort-by-feed to sort feed names with numbers by value — “Episode 2” comes before “Episode 10”

  • Improved finding feeds in a page by skipping links to X, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Changed finding a feed to use the redirected-to URL

  • Offered Update Credentials in the account error alert for all username and password accounts, not just Feedbin

  • Fixed bug on iPad where fullscreen YouTube videos were black with audio only
