TUI AI flows: story draft and ADR split

Question

Draft-with-AI in the editor (fills the form for review, abortable) and the ADR split flow (paste or file input with the 64 KiB ceiling, max stories, review list with include/title/prio/effort edits, destination column, batch add with per-failure reporting) - calling the extracted AI package directly, no HTTP. Progress states in the TUI while the loop runs. Resolution: merged PR.

Resolved by PR #108, squash-merged as 75a0832. The TUI now supports cancellable AI-assisted card drafts and ADR splitting through the shared read-only runner, with manual review, bounded file input, per-row persistence results, and session-safe stale-result handling. Exact-head Regression, Sonar, CodeQL, and Socket checks passed.
