Version bump for the v1.1 release (phases A-C merged: metrics + duplication + gate rules, config includes + anchor mode, TUI snapshot mode + silo cards + drill-down). Aligns the crate version with the report schema_version 1.1. 623 workspace tests pass at the bumped version.
