Fixed

Unused ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION Android permission (pulled in unconditionally
by expo-sensors' Pedometer sub-module, which NativeProbe doesn't use)
left in the manifest, forcing an unnecessary "Health apps" declaration on
Google Play. Stripped via a manifest-merger config plugin.
