Fixed

• 16 Expo SDK packages pinned one patch version behind what SDK 57 expects,
  failing expo-doctor's version-compatibility check and leaving duplicate
  copies of expo-font/expo-constants in node_modules. Fixed with
  expo install --fix and a clean reinstall.
