GPT-Konten: mehrere ChatGPT-Konten im GPT-Backend

• Konten anlegen und per Gerätecode anmelden, aktives Konto für neue Chats wählen, bestehende Chats im Kontextmenü umstellen — Bedienmodell wie „Claude Accounts" (Settings → GPT-Backend → „ChatGPT-Konten").
• Je Konto eine eigene Proxy-Instanz; Sessions bleiben kontostabil (Konto-Header beim Start, auch main ausdrücklich).
• Usage-Popover zeigt die GPT-Backend-Konten getrennt vom Codex-CLI-Konto, inklusive Gesperrt-Status; Statuszeile zeigt ⇄gpt:<konto> bei GPT-Modellen.
• main läuft im Datei-Modus des Proxys, damit refreshte Tokens in der Datei landen.
• Kill-Switch: defaults write com.whisperm8.app gptAccountProfilesEnabled -bool NO.
