Describe the feature or improvement

This is some sort of AI service that seems to be utilized in search. Maybe is speeds up search, maybe it is part of Recall, maybe it is part of Cortana, no idea. It does constantly sit on the NPU/GPU Compute using resources. Killing the service and disabling startup got rid of the issue.

Is this safe to run? GPT says it's related to Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) and may not be safe to disable.

@Artaherzadeh the service is not disabled or removed, it's only prevented from running automatically. If anything does require it it will still start. I personally have not had it start since applying this on my machine.
