V2.1.2 Bug fixes and manual server start

I fixed some bugs that prevented you from setting or getting the volume. You can now also see whether the HTTP server is started in the settings and start it manually if it's not.

Make sure to update your Shelly display to the latest software version before installing ShellyElevateV2!
