What changed

  • mcp/ sectionmcp/ is the build root; mcp/nova3d_mcp/ is the installable package.
  • pyproject[project.urls] repointed to RareSense/Nova3D; version 0.2.60.3.0. PyPI name stays nova3d-mcp.
  • server.json — registry name re-namespaced to io.github.RareSense/Nova3D, repository.url → monorepo, repository.subfolder = "mcp", version synced to 0.3.0.
  • Docs — README/llms.txt references repointed; root README marks mcp/ live.
  • CI.github/workflows/mcp-ci.yml: path-filtered (mcp/**) pytest + ruff, Python 3.10/3.11/3.12.
  • Release.github/workflows/mcp-release.yml: on mcp-v* tags, builds from mcp/ and publishes to PyPI via OIDC Trusted Publishing (no stored token).

Verification

74/74 pytest passing · ruff clean · python -m build produces both 0.3.0 artifacts · entrypoint imports OK · no stale RareSense/nova3d-mcp references.

After merge (manual, account-level — not in this PR)

PyPI Trusted Publisher → tag mcp-v0.3.0 → registry publish → archive old repo. Full runbook in the spec.
