I am working on comparing different computational logic/raw or normalized data choice on the same data set. This means I will have several different edge.parquet files, for example, edge.raw.minimum (using raw count matrix, and compute LR values by taking minimum), edge.normalized.product (using normalized data, and compute LR values by multiplying them). It is redundant to create separate folders, duplicating all other Xenium files into those folders. If there is a drag-down list in the software, letting user to select the edge parquet file they really want to analyze, that would be very helpful.
