Redoing collapsing all airstrike blocks does not work

Reproduction steps

1. "Airstrike" playground
2. Right click workspace and collapse all.
3. Undo, observe it works.
4. Redo, observe nothing happens. Appears the redo stack might be empty for some reason?

This is not a regression. Exists in v10

Redoing a normal collapse all blocks (when you have blocks you've dragged onto the workspace normally, importing from json, and importing from xml) works fine, so I'm not too concerned, but this could point to a more serious bug if it impacts more than just airstrike blocks. worth investigating but not super urgent
