New Features:

  • Import custom town maps to D/P/Pt & HG/SS
  • Build NCGR, NSCR & NCLR from imported map
  • Load existing map from ROM
  • Full support for routes & pathways in DPPT (as opposed to previous methods)
  • Import non-indexed BMP/PNG, reduce colors and make NCLR palette
  • Import/Export custom palettes in various formats (JASC-PAL, RIFF, ACT, NCLR)
  • Various fixes

Note: v2.3 now targets .NET 8.0
