A fix the mutation sweep of 0.9.0's additions found.

Fixed

• On Wayland a tablet's mouse or lens tool told tilt when the
  compositor named its type before its capabilities, as compositors
  do: pucks and fingers post pen records without tilt whatever the
  order (mwin-0037).
