Install

1. Download Looper.dmg
2. Open the DMG and drag Looper.app to Applications
3. First launch: right-click → Open (ad-hoc signed)

Requires macOS 14+ on Apple Silicon.

• Auto-hiding overlay — QuickTime-style scrub bar fades when idle; scroll still seeks on the picture
• Rate HUD — [ ] 0 1 flash the playback speed on screen
• Drop onto a window — replaces the current clip; extra files open in new windows
• m4v — first-class Open With type
• HDR/EDR — on only for HDR files (PQ / HLG / Dolby Vision); SDR stays standard
• Mouse-wheel scrub — no playhead bounce; line wheels seek in sensible steps
• Failed Matroska files title as Can't play MKV (AVFoundation, no FFmpeg)
