rebios.efi is ReBIOS, built from this release's source tarball. Copy it to a FAT-formatted partition as
/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI, as the README explains.

To build ReBIOS from source, use one of the source tarballs uploaded with this release, rebios-0.1.0.tar.gz or
rebios-0.1.0.tar.xz, which come with ReBIOS's dependencies, or build from a Git checkout of the v0.1.0 tag,
running ./get-deps first. The "Source code" zip and tarball GitHub generates for every
release lack the dependencies, and do not build.
