The two-factor QR code is scannable again

On the two-factor enrolment screen the QR code rendered as a 192×28 band of noise — unreadable, and impossible to scan. The account panel is mounted inside the top bar's dropdown, and Bulma caps any image inside a navbar item at 1.75rem: the height was clamped to 28 pixels while the width="192" attribute held the width, so the code came out five to seven times wider than tall. The PNG itself was always square; nothing but that one CSS declaration was wrong.

The cap is lifted for that image, which is square at its natural size again, and its quiet zone went from one module to the four the QR specification asks for — the panel is dark on three sides of it.

Verified by decoding the rendered pixels, not the source data, back to the enrolment URL: in both themes, at desktop and at 375 px width, and at 1.25×, 1.5× and 2× display scaling. If you had started an enrolment against v0.4.38–v0.4.41 and could not scan it, start it again after this upgrade: the key you could not scan was never confirmed, and a password login clears a pending one.

CasaOS-UI v0.4.42. CasaOS v0.4.43, AppManagement v0.4.24, UserService v0.4.19, Gateway v0.4.20, MessageBus v0.4.19, LocalStorage v0.4.30 are unchanged. Exact commits in components.lock; every package the installer downloads, and the uninstall script, is verified against a digest taken from the component's own release or, for the dashboard and the App Store, computed from the package as published.
